Description
The Prince Charlie Jacket and Vest is considered the “tuxedo” jacket for the kilt. Worn as a set with either a 3 button or 5 button vest, this is considered to be one of the dressier styles of jacket. It is generally worn in black Barathea wool, but is available in Navy Blue and Bottle Green. The traditional buttons with the thistle imprinted lining make this a stunning jacket. The more modern 5 button vest will bring the jacket into the 20th Century offering the ability to wear a regular tie or cravat.

Made in Glasgow, so you can be sure of the best in Scottish quality. Please allow 14 weeks for your order to be processed. If you are needing it sooner, please contact us. Any custom adjustments to measurements will add an additional 4 weeks.
If unsure of sizing, please contact us for custom measuring appointment (where available) or information on exactly how to measure for a jacket and vest. You will want to take three measurements and provide those to us along with your height. Your chest, sleeve and half back measurements. We will use those measurements to confirm the size you have selected and order the correct length for you whether that is small, regular or large.
